INFORMATION ABOUT THESE TERMS

  • Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By ordering (as defined below) you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • Where you communicate on behalf of a company / organisation rather than as an individual, you promise that you have authority to act on behalf of that entity.

DEFINITIONS

  • Ordering is the act of booking a collection through our website, on the phone or by email.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • All the rights are reserved. We are the official owner and license of the intellectual property rights.
  • You can access our sites to take a copy of print out, extract the information, and download the details for individual reference.
  • You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.
  • You must not use any part of the materials on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.

AGENCY - PLEASE READ:

  • We act as a booking agent for independent dry cleaners. The terms and conditions comprise both a contract between you and iloveironing.com ltd us regarding the use of our Website or Applications and (2) a separate direct contract between you and the Service Provider concerned (and not with us) regarding supply of Services to you.
  • While we may attempt to assist with resolution of any complaint or dispute, you acknowledge that any legal recourse against the Service Provider arising from the Services whether for breach of contract or otherwise is against the Service Provider and not against us, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this agreement or on our Website.
  • We do not accept legal responsibility for any acts or omissions of Service Providers in relation the Services.
  • Where we describe Service Providers as “vetted” or similar, we are promising only that we have carried out certain checks as specified on our Website at the time you make a Booking and that those checks did not reveal any cause for concern.
  • You acknowledge that in carrying out these checks we are reliant on information supplied by third parties. We cannot guarantee that that information is accurate. Nor can we guarantee that the Service Providers are otherwise suitable for your purposes. You use Service Providers at your risk.

LIABILITY

  • The customer understands that there is inherent risk in cleaning and there is potential for clothing and related items to get lost or damaged. iloveironing.com ltd will do its best to ensure situations like this do not happen, and in the instances they do happen, will work with the customer to rectify the situation.
  • Without prejudice to the foregoing, and insofar as allowed under mandatory applicable law, Our service providers liability shall in no event exceed an amount of 15 times the cost of cleaning the item.but not more than £50.00 per item, given a proof of purchase is provided, showing the date of purchase and the value of the item.
  • The customer is responsible for removing collar stiffeners and cuff links from shirts and ensuring all pockets are empty. The customer is also responsible for removing any personal items.
  • Any item given for service wash will be washed at 30°C/40°C, tumble dried on low heat and neatly folded (if you want any of your items to be pressed, please keep them separated from the items for service wash, as they will be individually invoiced).Customer must separate the clothes into lights and darks as they will be invoiced for 2 diffrent loads. Although we will take the utmost care in doing this, we will accept no responsibility if there is any bleeding or colour transfer during the cleaning process.
  • The Customer is responsible for ensuring all items given for a service wash can be washed and tumble dried.Items are washed at 30-40 degrees and tumble dried warm. We cannot take responsibility for items included that should not be treated in this way.We cannot take responsibility for items damaged because they could not be included in a service wash.
  • We will not be responsible for any loss or damage (including, without limitation) any colour loss, shrinkage, or other damage, resulting from the following:
  • Failure to notify us of any special requirements or instructions for cleaning the Item.
  • The fact that the Item has no label indicating cleaning instructions.
  • Any existing damage to the Item at the time of collection.
  • Any extraneous or hazardous thing left in or on the Item, e.g., pins, jewellery, coins, pens, buttons or embellishments, belts etc.
  • No responsibility can be accepted for damage to or loss of buttons, buckles, sequins, or ornaments of any kind.
  • Whilst every care will be taken, stain removal cannot be guaranteed.
  • Items not carrying a care label will only be cleaned at owner’s own risk.
  • We cannot be responsible for fading of garments or the wear and tear and the fastness of colours.
  • We will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
  • What cannot be included in a service wash; Large items and items that need to be cleaned separately such as duvets, mattress protectors, pillows, curtains, blankets, bath mats and rugs.
  • Complaints must be received within 12 hours of delivery. Before any claim for compensation can be processed for any damage to an item(s), the cleaning team must be given the opportunity to collect the item(s) and attempt to reverse the damage.
  • The customer's items will be held for no longer than 3 months. After the 3 month period the customer's items will be given to charity.

COMPLAINTS

  • You agree to communicate any complaints to us and not the driver. You agree to comply with our complaint and other policies on our Website as may be varied from time to time.
  • If you have any complaints, please contact us via the contact details shown on our Website or write to our address shown at the start of these terms and conditions.

TRANSFER

  • We may transfer all or part of our rights or duties under this agreement provided we take reasonable steps to ensure that your rights under this agreement are not prejudiced.
  • As this agreement is personal to you, you may not transfer any of your rights or duties under it without our prior written consent.

PRICES

  • Prices include any applicable VAT or other sales tax unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.

CARD PAYMENTS AND FRAUD

  • Payment for the service must be received prior to delivery of an order.
  • We reserve the right to delay delivery of clothes should payment have not been received due to a card payment failing.
  • Where evidence reasonably suggests initial payment was made fraudulently we reserve the right to consider payment as not being received.
  • Where evidence reasonably suggests that payment may have been made fraudulently the company reserves the right to request a bank transfer as opposed to card payment.
